Your association deserves a team of people that are self-motivated, not one that needs to be micro-managed. These are the kind of people we hire and develop. Our employees understand that their jobs are to help your association achieve its goals. The average tenure of our managers and office staff is over 12 years. Our portfolio managers typically manage 6 to 8 accounts, not 10 to 15, which is typical in other companies. Invest in our clients

Campbell believes in giving back to or clients through services and education. We provide a free newsletter called Florida Association News (FAN). FAN is is a compilation of viewpoints, advice and guidance from leaders throughout the Florida Association Management Industry. We also host and co-sponsor many local educational seminars that help educate board members. Campbell recently started a construction advisory group exclusively for our clients who have a complex repair or replacement project, or the need for a reserve study.

No Hidden or Extra Charges

Campbell does not believe in charging for extras. Our clients are only responsible for out-of-pocket expenses such as postage and printing. We do NOT charge for such additional expenses as faxes, long-distance calls, emergency calls, or extra mailings.
