Campbell Property Management Clients Win Awards at The 2015 Florida Communities of Excellence Awards

Deerfield Beach, Florida – Campbell Property Management congratulates its clients and employees for winning awards and being finalists at The 2015 Florida Communities of Excellence Awards.

The awards recognize communities and managers from across the state of Florida for outstanding achievements. The awards are independently judged by a panel of industry and government professionals who help recognize communities for their best practices and accomplishments in categories including Water Conservation, Energy Efficiency, Florida-Friendly Landscaping, Civic Volunteerism & Advocacy, Communications & Community, Family Friendly Programs and Initiatives, Disaster Preparedness, Safety & Security, Financial Innovation, “The Comeback Kid” and The Trendsetter. This is the awards seventh year.

This year, four communities managed by Campbell were recognized in five finalist categories. Campbell is proud of the finalists and the community that won:

Evergrene won the 2015 Award for Florida-Friendly Landscaping. Evergrene in Palm Beach Gardens has adopted environmentally sound landscape, wetland, preserve and lake management practices designed to conserve water and protect the environment. The community follows all nine principles of Florida-Friendly landscaping, including minimizing the use of chemicals in fertilizers and pesticides to reduce the effects on health and the environment, strictly using native plants throughout the community and hosting regular lectures and activities on environmental topics, including native plants, bird-watching courses and botanical garden visits. Audubon International designated Evergrene as a Gold Audubon Signature Sanctuary, the highest award available. Evergrene has been a client of Campbell Property Management for three years and is managed by Carrie Voltz and Kathy Gise.Teri Fifth - 2015 Manager's of Excellence

Tuscany Bay in Boynton Beach was a finalist in the Financial Innovation Category. Tuscany Bay is managed by Sandy Diaz and has been a Campbell customer since 2007.

Turtle Cay HOA in Riveria Beach was a finalist in “The Comeback Kid” category.This category recognizes communities that have successfully developed and implemented turnaround programs by revitalizing distressed properties.The community has been with Campbell for 8 years and is managed by Richard Kuperman.

Turtle Cay HOA was also a finalist in the Financial Innovation Category.

Pines of Delray West in Delray Beach was a finalist in the Communications & Community Category. The community is managed by Teri Fifth and has been a Campbell client since 2007.

Teri Fifth was also honored at The Manager’s of Excellence luncheon, where she was presented with a 2015 Manager’s of Excellence Award.

Campbell is extremely proud of their clients’ and managers’ hard work and dedication. Campbell has had five clients win since 2009.
