Top 10 Finalists Announced for the National 2016 Manager of the Year Award

The Manager of the Year Award is the nation’s premier award for community managers, recognizing one On-Site Manager and one Portfolio Manager. These awards go to managers that exemplify resourcefulness, great communication, efficiency, organization and leadership in their communities.

Two property managers from South Florida made the cut and are a part of the top 10 on-site finalists. These two property managers are with Campbell Property Management: Joan Burres, property manager at Woodfield Country Club HOA in Boca Raton and Richard Kuperman, property manager at Turtle Cay HOA in West Palm Beach. The application process is a three stage process: an online application, a photo and essay portion and online voting. Online voting will begin on April 4, 2016 and end on April 15, 2016. You can vote for your favorite manager by clicking here.

The winners will be announced at a private reception during the 2016 CAI Annual Conference and Exhibition in Orlando on May 4, 2016. The reception will be broadcasted online as well.
