2016 Florida Communities of Excellence Financial Innovation Winners: Turtle Cay and Tuscany Bay Featured in the August Issue of the Florida Community Association Journal

The 2016 Florida Communities of Excellence Winners in the Financial Innovation Category were Turtle Cay HOA of Riviera Beach for large community and Tuscany Bay HOA of Boynton Beach for small community. Both of the communities are featured in the August issue of the Florida Community Association Journal.

Turtle Cay HOA in Riviera BeachTurtle Cay is a gated community with 455 townhomes and single-family homes. The community has been a client of Campbell Property Management for nine years and is managed by Richard Kuperman.

Tuscany Bay HOA in Boynton BeachTuscany Bay is a 55+ community with 395 homes. Tuscany Bay has been a Campbell client since 2007 and is managed by Sandy Diaz.
