Did you realize that Sunday, September 25 is National Good Neighbor Day?
In 1978, President Jimmy Carter signed Proclamation 4601 establishing National Good Neighbor Day, stating that it should be observed "with appropriate ceremonies and activities."
It is celebrated on the 4th Sunday of September every year.
