Royal Palm Polo, located in Boca Raton, is a growing and active family-friendly community with a full social event calendar. Royal Palm Polo, a Toll Brothers community has been under developer control for over 5 years now, with turnover expected in under a year. Because future residents wait around 18 months to be in their new home, they are often excited to become part of the community and meet their neighbors through the community’s social events.

The community also prides itself on the more elaborate events that they host. Earlier this year, they held a Block Party that included food Trucks, a DJ, mobile bar, arts and crafts for kids, and a Ping Pong tournament. Additional recurring events including various summer pool parties, “Glow in the dark” tennis, “Poolside Paella Night” and “Poolside Hibachi Night” in which residents purchase tickets to have a chef cook them a poolside dinner.
Halloween is what started it all in 2018 and has since become an annual tradition. From costume contests to pumpkin decorating and even a Haunted House, each year it gets even bigger and better. Friendsgiving has become another tradition that has continued every year. The HOA caters the turkey, gravy, and an open bar, while the residents can sign-up to bring a signature dish to be shared amongst their neighbors.
In prior years, it was the Property Manager and one resident that coordinated all the events. However, at a social committee meeting this year, there were over 50 residents who volunteered to serve on the social committee. There is now a committee of nine, along with a sub-committee of eighteen other residents to assist with planning and execution of social events.
