New Condo Board Certification Course Now Available

Join Campbell Property Management and Kaye Bender Rembaum for this Condo Board Certification Course on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 12PM-4PM. You may register for the new Condo Board Certification Course HERE.

This NEW condo board certification course satisfies the educational requirements of the new legislation which went into effect on July 1, 2024.

The new legislation states that, “Condominium association board members must take a 4-hour board member certification course with certain subjects mandated within 90-days after being elected or appointed to the board.” This course fulfills this requirement.
