This on demand HOA Board Member 4-Hour CEU Course is presented by Edward Hammel, Steven Rappaport, Michael Ungerbuehler, and Daniel Weber from Sachs Sax Caplan. This course is exclusively for Board Members of HOAs and not Condominium Associations.

This single-session “mega‑course” is designed to give HOA board members all four required CEU credits in one afternoon. These four continuing education credits fulfill the new legislative requirements. This new legislation states that HOA board members of associations with less than 2,500 parcels must complete 4 hours of continuing education annually. Associations with more than 2,500 parcels must complete 8 hours of continuing education annually.

Each hour is led by a different SSC attorney, covering essential topics board members face every day: Contracts, Covenant Enforcement, Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Law, and Liquor & Licensing.
