HOA Board Member 4-Hour CEU Course

This single-session “mega‑course” is designed to give HOA board members four required CEU credits in one afternoon. These four continuing education credits fulfill the new legislative requirements. This new legislation states that HOA board members of associations with less than 2,500 parcels must complete 4 hours of continuing education annually. Associations with more than 2,500 parcels must complete 8 hours of continuing education annually.

Each hour is led by a different SSC attorney, covering essential topics board members face every day: Contracts, Covenant Enforcement, Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Law, and Liquor & Licensing.

Here's the full schedule we'll cover in the session:
12:00–1:00 PM — Contracts and Smart Association Management

1:00–2:00 PMCovenant Enforcement
Presenter: Steven Rappaport, Esq.

2:00–3:00 PMThe “ABC’s of ESA’s
Presenter: Michael Ungerbuehler, Esq.

3:00–4:00 PMAssociation Vice…Music, Alcohol and Gambling in the Community Associations
Presenter: Daniel Weber, Esq.

HOA Board Members will receive 4 CEU credits for attending the full 4 hours of the course.

Licensed Community Association Managers will receive CEU credits for each course as well.

Ashley Dietz, VP Marketing

Ashley Dietz Gray has been handling the marketing at Campbell Property Management since 2013. She is a native Floridian who shines at building relationships and getting things done with a positive attitude. Ashley graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with her bachelor’s in communications in 2010. Prior to joining Campbell, Ashley handled the marketing for a large credit union based in South Florida. She has always believed “knowledge is power” and has made it Campbell’s mission to offer free education in the form of in-person events and webinars as well as through their blog, Florida Association News (FAN), to Board Members and Property Managers of condos and HOAs throughout Florida. She has worked hard to spread the word about FAN, which currently has over 35,000 subscribers. Ashley is a dedicated “boymom” to her two young sons, Logan and Fisher. She and her husband, Corey, reside with their boys in Boca Raton.
