Campbell Property Management is excited to announce the addition of Lindsay Guerrero as VP of Business Development for Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast. With over a decade of experience assisting community associations with their search for management solutions, Lindsay is well known and respected in the industry. Her strengths in building strong partnerships, driving revenue, and increasing brand awareness in competitive markets will serve her well in her new role. “Lindsay joins us with over ten years of industry experience and a proven ability to drive growth through relationships and results. Her expertise aligns perfectly with our long-term vision, and we’re confident she will play a key role in the next phase of our company’s growth," said Evan Bradley, CEO of Campbell Property Management.
Lindsay will join the Business Development team alongside Beth Rappaport. “Lindsay is incredibly well regarded, and I am excited to welcome her to our team. Her customer-focused approach and knowledge of the industry as well as the greater Palm Beach market are an excellent fit for how Campbell Property Management seeks to serve our clients” said Beth.
Beth will be focused on Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, stating: “Broward County has been Campbell Property Management’s home since 1953, and it is an honor for me to represent our company there as we continue to build upon our decades-long client base. I am also grateful for the additional opportunity to work alongside our existing team in Miami-Dade, a dynamic and evolving part of South Florida that is very familiar to me.”
Lindsay is an active member of Community Associations Institute, where she has served on the membership committee and golf committee. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys giving back through volunteer work with local nonprofits. She believes leadership is about more than business success—it’s about making a positive impact. Lindsay is also a devoted wife and mom to two young children.
